Following a major brand relaunch in late 2022, Savista continued to experience tremendous internal growth, welcoming 1,104 new colleagues, promoting 221 employees and providing nearly 18,000 hours of training for its global workforce.
With a firm commitment to giving back to the communities it serves, Savista colleagues volunteered over 5,000 hours through Savista’s Heart & Soul program – a program that provides each employee with 40 hours annually to volunteer at a charitable organization of their choice. In addition, as a testament to the give-back culture Savista has cultivated, colleagues also donated over 600 hours of unused paid time off to fellow Savista associates who needed extra time away from work.
Savista was awarded the Great Places to Work Certification for the fourth consecutive year in 2023, reflecting the company’s ongoing efforts to create an outstanding work environment experience.
