Sherry is responsible for all aspects of Human Capital Management, including talent acquisition and development, organization capability, colleague engagement, compensation, benefits and people technology. During her seven-year tenure, Sherry has held several leadership positions, most recently, serving as Vice President, Total Rewards and HRIS. She has an extensive background in healthcare rewards strategies and operational enablement, as well as hands-on experience in managing complex mergers and acquisitions and people and policy integration strategies. Sherry has a strong belief in family and loyalty, grounded in her Asian-American heritage. With her passion for people and culture, she takes great pride in Savista’s focus on values and its colleague-centric approach.
A Georgia native, Sherry lives in the Atlanta suburbs with her fiancé and her three cats. Passionate about animals and meteorology, you can count on Sherry to have the latest weather forecast at her fingertips. Her spare time is spent with her family, including her niece Sofia, boating and watching tennis. It’s on her bucket list to attend all four Grand Slam majors someday!
