On the heels of a major brand relaunch in November 2022, Savista finished the year strong with a 41% increase in year-over-year sales, with Q3 marking the highest bookings in company history. Savista saw outstanding results across several of its service offerings. As one of the largest employers of Certified Tumor Registrars and Clinical Data Abstractors, Savista abstracted 155K cases with greater than 96% accuracy. The company also completed annual follow-ups on 300K patients. In the area of Heath Information Management (HIM), Savista consistently exceeded contractual performance expectations, meeting SLAs by 95% or better all year. Savista also exceeded other operational benchmarks for other clients like Wake Forest, University of New Mexico, Lane Regional and Naples Community Hospital, despite a challenging labor market.

Through Savista’s CARE Program, colleagues donated 657 PTO hours to fellow colleagues who needed extra time away from work. Savista colleagues are also given 40 hours of PTO annually to volunteer at nonprofit organizations of their choice and in 2022 they volunteered a total of 4,535 hours.
Lastly, the company is focused on colleague retention and success and launched several new programs to foster professional growth including its Coder Career Pathway, Cancer Registry Apprenticeship program and a Mental Health Training program for managers.
