We give back to our communities
In 2024, 300 of our colleagues volunteered in their communities, totaling over 5,951 hours of service. Through Savista's Heart & Soul program, our colleagues receive 40 hours to volunteer at charitable organizations of their choice every year.
Last year, our colleagues also donated 473 hours of their unused PTO time to fellow colleagues who needed additional time away from work and gave $3,000 to the Savista CARE Fund, which provides financial/hardship assistance to Savista colleagues and eligible dependents in emergency situations.
