The recent integration of this workforce in the Philippines provides clinical talent tailored to the US healthcare market, enabling Savista to enhance its capabilities in Patient Access, including scheduling, pre-registration and prior authorization, as well as expanding into case management and care coordination within the Health Information Management space. In addition, these new resources will optimize the delivery of existing self-pay services. This strategy reflects the company’s commitment to broadening its service portfolio to meet the varying needs of ambulatory and acute facilities across the nation, in addition to the 770+ facilities Savista serves today.
