Fortune Media and Great Place To Work Name Savista to 2026 Best Workplaces for Women List, Ranking No. 78

Oct. 28, 2026 (Alpharetta, GA) — Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Savista as one of the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™. This is Savista’s first time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at No. 78. Earning a spot means that Savista is one of the best companies to work for in the country.

To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 640,000 women who work for Great Place To Work Certified™ companies that were eligible for the list. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and have at least one female C-suite executive.

"Earning a place on the Fortune Best Workplaces for Women list for the first time is a milestone we are proud to celebrate," said Jan Grimm, Chief Executive Officer of Savista. "Women lead across Savista, from our client teams to our executive leadership, and this recognition affirms that we have built a place where women can grow, lead and do their best work. Coming just weeks after our first appearance on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care list, it reinforces what we believe: a strong culture builds a stronger company, and that strength shows up for every client we serve."

The Best Workplaces for Women list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer consistently positive outcomes for women regardless of job role, work status, or any other demographic identifier.

“Companies that create great experiences for women are companies that create better experiences for every employee,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “When a company can show that anyone can build a career and do their life’s work, that company is more resilient. These companies are built for the future because they invest in the future of their people.”

“Congratulations to the companies recognized as Fortune Best Workplaces for Women,” says Fortune Executive Editor Ashley Lutz. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices and experiences of women themselves—and highlights the companies creating environments where they can grow, contribute, and do their best work.”

Earlier this month, Savista ranked 15th on the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care List in the large category. In 2025, Savista was also Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the sixth year in a row. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Savista. Most recently, 91% of employees said it's a great place to work – 34 percentage points higher than the average U.S. company.
