Jan Grimm

Jan has twenty-five years’ experience in senior leadership roles with deep revenue cycle domain knowledge, which has contributed to both bottom and top-line growth across numerous organizations. He is recognized for success in implementing innovative revenue streams, directing corporate strategy from all levels of the organization and building strong client-focused teams.

 

His prior experience includes senior leadership roles including Chief Revenue Officer at the Butterfly Network; Chief Revenue Officer for Optum 360; and Vice President of DeviceWorks at Cerner Corporation.

Divas Chawla

With more than 20 years of experience in global outsourcing, Divas is responsible for Savista’s Global Center of Excellence and overall performance. He has worked in leadership roles for companies such as GE, HCL Technologies and R1. He has extensive experience in process implementation, digitization, and operational excellence. He is recognized as an industry leader in the outsourcing world in India, and expert key member of the strategy committee of NASSCOM (leading industry forum of outsourcing in India), shaping the policies for outsourcing in India in collaboration with the Indian government.

Stacie Schmitt

Stacie plays an integral role in strategic planning, program management and execution of strategic initiatives to drive organizational success. She effectively partners with leaders to drive organizational and operational change to benefit our clients and create sustainable growth for the Company.

 

Stacie offers a business background combined with clinical expertise. She has 15 years of experience in sales support, business operations, reporting and data analytics expertise in healthcare, and spent 10 years as a trauma nurse and acute care nurse manager. She has served as Chief of Staff / Sales and Operations at Optum, and Vice President of Sales Operations and Development at Butterfly Network.

Chief Information Officer

John Johnson

John is a results-focused leader who has built his career advancing business performance through the strategic application of information technology. He has 25 years of expertise in IT Strategy and Operations and spent five years focused specifically on complex, post-acquisition integrations. Prior to his role as CIO, he successfully led the critical work of infrastructure separation at the inception of Savista in 2021. John’s prior employment history includes roles as CTO for Atadex, a B2B service provider to the transportation industry, and CIO for Advocate, a technology consulting and managed services company.

Dan Bugarin

As leader of commercial growth, Dan has responsibility to lead the sales organization in meeting both short and long-term revenue goals of the Company. Dan has over 20 years’ of proven healthcare sales experience in driving growth for the organizations in which he has served. His prior experience includes Sales Exec at SSI Group, Vice President of Sales for CareMedic Systems, and Vice President, RCMS at Optum Insight.

Sherry Degnan

Sherry has an extensive background in healthcare rewards strategies and operational enablement, as well as hands-on experience in managing complex mergers and acquisitions and people and policy integration strategies. Sherry is responsible for all aspects of Human Capital Management, including talent acquisition and development, organization capability, colleague engagement, compensation, benefits and people technology. With her passion for people and culture, she takes great pride in Savista’s focus on values and its colleague-centric approach.

Ryan McCabe

Ryan is responsible for accounting, budget and reporting, payroll, tax and treasury and has been with the organization for over seven years. Ryan brings an extensive understanding of Savista’s portfolio, a love for analytics, and financial expertise to the organization. Committed to excellence, accuracy, and adaptability, Ryan is dedicated to building a best-in-class Finance organization.

Chief Operations Officer

Brett Palmer

Brett has served in prominent leadership roles across the revenue cycle for 23 years, including positions in QA, payment analysis and resolution, government and non-government collections, self-pay/charity programs, and vendor contracts. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of RCM for a prominent health system with responsibility for front office operations including oversight of 400 patient access personnel, 1.53M annual registrations, and management of revenue integrity and denial prevention operations for 22 acute care hospitals across 4 states. His expertise spans Eligibility Enrollment, HIM/Coding Services, CDI, Transcription, Tumor Registry, and Care Coordination. Brett leads oversite of Savista's US-based revenue cycle operations.

Laxmi Patel

Laxmi brings a unique perspective with her background in consulting, human resource and strategy. She is responsible for growth strategy, service line management and expansion, automation, continuous improvement and M&A. She utilizes a data-driven approach to align process, people and technology to create a positive impact for our colleagues and clients. Her goal is not only to design strategies and solutions, but to improve performance and drive sustainable change.

Heather Swift

Heather is responsible for all legal and compliance programs. She has been with the organization for more than 16 years and brings a wealth of experience from an early career in litigation, followed by multiple leadership roles at our legacy organizations. An avid believer in servant leadership and individual empowerment, Heather embraces the “counselor” aspect of her work with intention and enthusiasm. Coaching others to success, whether it entails legal advice, skills development, or other counseling, is fundamental to her own philosophy and a cornerstone of the Savista culture that she has had the privilege to help build and support.

Kim Wiethorn

Kim leads marketing and branding, public relations, commercial enablement, creative services and internal communications for the organization. Over her 22-year career, she has served in both regional and global roles in the B2B and B2C space across healthcare, tech, media and consumer packaged goods. Prior to joining Savista, she was Chief Growth Officer and marketing leader for B2B businesses at Bon Secours Mercy Health. She also spent 5 years as Head of Marketing at 84.51, a subsidiary of the Kroger Company, and spent 15 years at the Procter and Gamble Company in several high-profile marketing roles across several billion-dollar brands.
